I build software that lasts. With 20+ years of full-stack experience, I pair brutalist principles (efficiency, transparency, and raw performance) with an early-adopter's fluency in AI-assisted development to ship robust, scalable, production-ready systems.
My career spans the full stack: custom CRMs consolidating email, member management, and data import/export into one platform; REST APIs and automation workflows built for dozens of businesses as a freelance engineer; and open-source tools like QuykHtml, a Python HTML-building library with 80k+ pip installs written entirely before the rise of AI. One principle has stayed constant: the best software is invisible. It works so well that users never think about it, and it's built so cleanly that the next engineer can extend it without deciphering a maze of workarounds.
Since GPT-3.5 in 2022 I've been an early adopter of AI-assisted development and agentic workflows, now engineering R3D3, a visual, node-based platform for building LLM agents, multi-agent systems, and media-generation flows. The common thread is an obsession with understanding the whole problem, from database schema to user interface, and making deliberate choices about where complexity belongs and where it doesn't.
